A Caring, Montessori-Inspired Childcare Center

Learn N Play Learning Centre is a licensed childcare facility located at 335 East Columbia Street, New Westminster. Founded by Randeep Bal, who has been in the childcare industry for more than 18 years. We offer Infant/Toddler care (0–3 years), 3–5 year childcare, and Before & After School programs. Our philosophy blends Montessori learning, Reggio Emilia exploration, and play-based early childhood development. We believe children learn best when they feel safe, loved, and inspired. Our classrooms are designed to support creativity, independence, and confidence. We are operated by Bal Foundation (Society #123456), a registered non-profit with multiple successful childcare locations across British Columbia.

Our Staff: Fully certified ECE, ECEA, and Infant/Toddler educators. Trained in First Aid, Safety, and Child Development. Warm, caring teachers who build strong relationships with each child. Low staff-to-child ratios for personalized attention. Many years of experience across multiple Learn N Play locations.

Our Approach: Montessori-inspired independence building, Reggio Emilia creativity and child-led exploration, focus on emotional well-being, confidence, and self-expression. A nurturing, home-like environment that feels safe and welcoming. Strong communication with parents through daily updates.
